I’m Lawrence, a Principal Product Designer passionate about creating intuitive, human-centered experiences that empower customers. With over 10 years of experience and a strategic, empathetic approach, I lead cross-functional teams to design solutions that address real problems and generate meaningful impact. Driven by curiosity, I constantly explore, question, and learn what I don’t yet know, which influences my work—balancing a perfectionist mindset with a love for experimentation and discovery.

My approach navigates the tension between divergent and convergent thinking—combining creative exploration with methodological rigor, artistic instinct with precision. This balance defines my thinking, problem-solving, and design process.

Having lived and worked in Pittsburgh, PA, where my career began, I gained valuable experience managing UI component libraries and building websites—from layout and structure to detailed UI assets. Now based in Atlanta, GA, I’ve expanded my skill set through projects including e2e research and understanding, design and prototype generative AI experience and focused user testing.

I also mentor two team members and am passionate about supporting peers in translating complex technical methodologies into adaptable, explainable AI tools. My focus includes integrating adoptability-focused workflows to improve efficiency and accelerate delivery across the product lifecycle.
